 Jeremy Snowdon: not nice at all
Auckland Mayoral candidate Dalek Snowdon was on the defensive today and said to be ‘Consulting his Lawyers’ after claims were made on various news websites suggesting that his son made ‘kindly and considerate’ comments on his Bebo profile.
“This is complete nonsense and an utter fabrication,” said Snowdon. “And shows the despicable depths to which some people will stoop to attack me and my family. This is a sick and disgusting accusation and I’ll be consulting with my Lawyers, but will probably get round to doling out some ray gun if I can find the people responsible for these slanders.”
Dalek Jeremy’s profile on the popular networking website showed signs of rapid alteration this morning after claims were made that he had made comments of a kind and thoughtful nature, possibly in connection with a new romance. Online columnist Betty Snuttock has been monitoring the Bebo profile and claims that there is more than just springtime in the air for the teenage Dalek.
“The lad is in love.” she claims, “You can just tell from the tone of his recent postings and online conversations. I’m not saying he actually used that word, I mean that really would be weird for a Dalek, but there was a general niceness creeping in, maybe just a hint of happy stuff.”
Dalek Snowdon seemed keen to put the record straight. “My son is a good Dalek,” he stated,”He is bad tempered, aggressive, unforgiving and indiscriminately violent. Plus, he likes Soccer. He is as fine a son as I could wish for and anyone who accuses him of being in any way nice will have me to answer to.”
